This one's been in the works for a while!
Originally set to be recorded in April 2020, this EP ended up as the combination of several recording sessions we were able to have during 'the COVID winter' of 2020/2021.
These sessions were some of the only opportunities we had to play together in person as a group for almost a year, and the resulting sound is to me a striking portrait of that specific moment in time.
All the tracks on this album are inspired (directly or indirectly) by taking a moment out of a hectic and stressful time to look up! Pausing briefly to step outside of ourselves and vividly see what is around us.
