Andrew Lamb Trio - The Casbah Of Love (BIRDWATCHER RECORDS November 16, 2018)

ARTIST STATEMENT

All praise is due to The Creator, Spirits that be, Spirits Of our ancestors, and the ever unyielding support of our families and loved ones, along the vision of the Birdwatcher Records and The Maccaferi Families. French American Reed Company. Manufacturers of The My Masterpiece Reed in the process of this recording..

To love, and to love unconditionally while embracing the many channels, valleys, and depths, of spiritual and cosmic journey. with sharing, and emotion reality, all equate to the casbah of love. The Compositions and musicianship on this recording reflect not for the moment, or because of the moment, but the camaraderie and sincerity within the moment which is exceptional.

The bassists Tom Abbs who also performs using didgeridoo, violin, and tuba, has been an integral part of my groups for the past 20 years, resulting in a near telepathic musical sensitivity. The percussionist Ryan Jewell who was highly recommended at the time by Tom is a wonderfully inventive, and thoughtful percussionist and it seems as though he had been there the whole time

I look forward to many more exciting musical endeavors with this Trio , as I hope all of you will too!

Peace & Blessings,

Andrew Lamb
