Happy to present the first release from this trio of European stalwarts: saxophonist Liudas Mockunas (who's amazing playing has been documented quite well over the last few years on No Busniess Records), bassist Jacek Mazurkiewicz (3Fonia, Warsaw Improvisers Orchestra, Modular String Trio) and drummer Hakon Berre (duo with Aram Shelton, Susana Santos Silva and more). This is top notch unadulterated free jazz, the trio plays as though they have been working together for years...there is a level of communication and interplay demonstrated throughout. Nothing too flashy, but an incredibly singular sound.
